It's a library, erm I mean bookery :O
It's a huge, and new building, finished about a year ago. Last time I was there, 2006, it was a huge and new construction site.

The time stated down there on the right is wrong, it was in fact 2:18am.

yep :D They finished it last year, and if I recall correctly, they ripped up a gardens/park thingy to build that (and the shopping mall next to it).

(The mall is modern and ugly by the way :D)

Too bad about the park. And too bad about putting an ugly mall next to such a nice building. :XD: Prrfftt... Whoever gets to decide on which buildings get to built where, sure wasn't paying much attention. :XD:
